I too have to just get over it and on with life!Lawrance Brennonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16450745743677008094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8365716309325715655.post-47306195492165907252010-03-09T16:30:11.968+02:002010-03-09T16:30:11.968+02:00hi eugene, what a pleasant surprise to check in an...hi eugene, what a pleasant surprise to check in and see drawings, drawings, drawings. that top print is so wonderful... i'm curious of the dimensions and i don't recall seeing some of the imagery before. the 5 blue ballpoint drawings amongst the cursive text along the bottom are all great, i totally dig this imagery coming out of holes. i think the three snail shells are my fave. that's a beautiful print. lady godiva is a lovely drawing too and although i saw that one before i guess her legs and the horses head coming out of the holes kinda got by me... i was probably focusing on something else, like the stylized waves. it's also nice to see all those preparatory drawings. the one for the horse and rider i think i like even more than the final version. what a great body of work. i don't think drawing really gets its due compared to painting but i always get more inspired by drawings. makes me want to draw. beautiful postAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
